Mara Hoffman’s Tribal Trends brighten NYFW

New York born and bred designer Mara Hoffman electrified NY Fashion Week with her bright and graphic designs. Known for hand-dying and batik in her original “Circle” collection, her self-ascribed brand since 2005 has evolved to evocative, tribal, thoughtful prints.

Beyond the Southwestern backdrop, Hoffman’s designs resonate the ethnic, gritty and tribal colors and feel of the Midwest.

If you love these designs, check out her amazing bathing suits for spring and summer, which the gifted designer added to her expanding line in 2008. In 2011, Mara and her husband had a son Joaquin, pictured with her above. In 2012, her online site was launched.
